Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it may no longer be possible to modify, cancel, or reroute the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear within the courier's system.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Calira London may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or destinations.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Calira London cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Calira London has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking Orders
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details by email once the order has been shipped.
If your tracking information has not updated after several business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate the matter with the relevant carrier.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and products.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Resolution times may vary depending on the courier's investigation process.
Calira London is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or unpaid customs charges may be returned to sender.
Where applicable, any refund may be subject to deduction of shipping costs and other expenses incurred during the shipping process.
Force Majeure
Calira London shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
